The Prince Group is a three-and-a-half decades-old, family-owned business conglomerate headquartered in Palakkad.

Led by our Founder and Chairperson, T K Abdul Karim, we are driven by a resolute commitment to well-defined ethical practices in everything we do. The tactical management of our group’s business is led by three Directors: Mr Ahmed Faizal Sha, Mr Anubsha and Mr. Anish Sha.

With an annual group turnover of INR 6Bn, our portfolio spans three verticals: Steel Manufacturing, Food Processing and Luxury Retailing. Our businesses are defined by the adoption of contemporary management practises, the smart use of technology, and a focus on building strong brands.

Prince TMT Steels is a preferred brand among quality-conscious clients in the construction sector. Our plant, powered by cutting-edge German technology, manufactures steel reinforcement bars in a wide range of sizes and specifications.

Prince Roller Flour Mills focuses on the bulk manufacture of Atta, Maida and Sooji, primarily for the institutional sector. We lay an obsessive focus on hygiene and quality standards. This is enabled equally by our adoption of the latest food processing technology from Bühler of Switzerland, as our best-practises in procurement and quality control.

Our flagship venture in the luxury retailing sector is Akshaya Gold and Diamonds. We have emerged as a niche brand with a refined design sensibility. In contrast to much of the industry, we respond fast to contemporary tastes and offer extensive bespoke services. Even as we pride in a strong base of traditional customers, we address a new audience through our robust e-tailing platforms.
